My Life Is Art provides you with new tools to think clearly and strategically in order to manage your thoughts and emotions, and engage your mind to create the life you want. Our experiences are inspired by our Founder Emmanuel Jal, who developed the My Life Is Art program with practical tools he used to overcome his own mental health challenges.

We offer our experiences online, in person (subject to Covid restrictions) and via our My Life Is Art meditation app.

Available for IOS and Android, the MLIA meditation app supports your growth with short meditations focused on 10 key principles of the practice to declutter and clear your mind, and longer meditations, for the full MLIA experience with three different types of meditations designed to help you create the habits you need for personal success and keep you focused on reaching your goals.

What you get:

Guided meditations taught by Emmanuel Jal, designed to help you declutter your mind, manage your thoughts and emotions and build space to focus on your goals, including:

  • Short meditations to relax the mind and body, helping you stay grounded and focused.
